Convivio
A white-label digital menu platform that lets hospitality venues brand, localize, and monetize their own menu — ordering, payments, and bookings included.
Static PDF menus don’t let a venue take payments, book events, or speak a guest’s language. This platform gives restaurants and hospitality venues a fully branded digital menu — their own colors, logo, and theme — with a built-in image gallery, in-menu Stripe checkout, and an event-booking flow, all served in more than ten languages with automatic detection. A feedback flow lets venues collect guest reviews directly instead of relying on third-party review sites, and an embeddable widget lets the whole menu drop straight into a venue’s existing website rather than sending guests to a separate page. One shared codebase powers every venue, each with its own independently configurable branding and content.

The challenge
- Venues needed something beyond a static PDF menu — one that could carry their own branding rather than a generic template.
- Guests came from varied language backgrounds, so the menu needed real localization, not just English.
- Venues wanted to take orders and payments directly from the menu instead of routing guests to a separate checkout.
- Guests needed a way to book tables or events without a phone call.
- Venues wanted the menu embedded in their own website, not hosted on a disconnected third-party page.
- There was no simple way to collect direct guest feedback tied to the menu experience.
The solution
- A menu engine built around categories, items, and an image gallery, reusable across venues.
- Per-venue branding and theme customization — colors, logo, and layout controlled independently per outlet.
- Full localization across ten-plus languages with automatic language detection.
- In-menu checkout integrated with Stripe for direct ordering and payment.
- An event-booking modal so guests can reserve a table or event from inside the menu itself.
- A feedback flow for collecting guest reviews without a third-party tool.
- An embeddable widget/snippet so venues can drop the live menu into their own existing website.
The results
- One platform now powers branded digital menus for multiple venues from a single shared codebase.
- Guests can browse, order, pay, and book an event without leaving the menu.
- Non-English-speaking guests get a fully localized experience instead of a language barrier at the table.
- Venues can update their own menu content, branding, and theme through the admin side without any code changes or redeploys.
